What it takes into account

• Spreading days off across different days, rather than clustering everyone's day off on the same day
• Your location's operating hours and closed days

What it doesn't do yet

• It doesn't yet account for individual staff availability preferences
• It uses one default shift template per run — it won't mix multiple shift types in a single generation

After generating
